AiBiBi Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and supervise your use. AiBiBi is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires one. You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

2. The Service and remote-assistance responsibilities

AiBiBi helps users establish remote-assistance sessions using room identifiers and may transmit a device’s shared screen and microphone audio to another participant. Features may differ by device, operating system, territory, version, or plan.

• No implied remote control. Screen sharing and voice assistance do not give another participant control of your device unless a separate feature expressly offers that capability and you knowingly enable it.
• Share carefully. You decide what appears on your screen and what is said during a session. Hide passwords, financial details, private messages, notifications, and other sensitive material before sharing.
• Obtain consent. You must have all permissions and consents required to share another person’s information, communications, image, voice, content, or device screen.
• Know the recipient. Provide room information only to an intended, trusted participant. We cannot verify a participant’s identity merely because that person has a room identifier.
• You remain responsible. You are responsible for your conduct, content, device settings, network charges, and decisions made based on remote assistance. Stop sharing when assistance is complete or if anything appears suspicious.

AiBiBi is a general assistance tool, not an emergency, medical, legal, financial, security-monitoring, or guaranteed technical-support service. Connections may be delayed, interrupted, unavailable, or affected by network conditions and third-party infrastructure.

3. Acceptable use

You must comply with law and respect the rights and safety of others. You must not:

• access, monitor, record, disclose, or assist with a device or content without appropriate authorization and consent;
• use AiBiBi for fraud, impersonation, stalking, harassment, exploitation, unlawful surveillance, credential theft, malware, or social engineering;
• share unlawful, infringing, abusive, sexually exploitative, or harmful content;
• interfere with, overload, probe, bypass, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service or its security, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity;
• derive source code, scrape the Service, automate abusive traffic, resell unauthorized access, or misuse room identifiers;
• remove legal or proprietary notices, or use our name or branding to imply endorsement; or
• help another person do any of the above.

4. Platform and third-party terms

Your use may also be governed by terms from Apple, Google, your device manufacturer, mobile carrier, network provider, and third-party services used to deliver communications, analytics, or payments. You are responsible for complying with those terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for providing the AiBiBi Service except to the extent their own terms state otherwise.

For iOS, the Apple Standard EULA governs the app license alongside these Terms. If these Terms conflict with mandatory platform terms or applicable law, those mandatory requirements control to the extent of the conflict.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

AiBiBi may offer subscriptions and one-time or lifetime purchases through Apple’s App Store or Google Play. Available products, prices, trial terms, taxes, features, and billing periods appear in the purchase screen and may vary by platform or region.

Subscriptions

• Payment is charged to your platform payment method when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription automatically renews for the displayed period unless you cancel within the timing required by the applicable store before renewal. The store may charge your payment method within the renewal period stated in its rules.
• You can manage or cancel through Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting AiBiBi does not itself cancel a subscription.
• Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, subject to store rules and applicable law. Partial-period refunds are not guaranteed.

One-time and lifetime purchases

A “lifetime” purchase means access to the specified eligible features for the supported life of the product or Service, not the purchaser’s lifetime, and remains subject to these Terms, platform requirements, technical availability, and applicable law.

Billing, refunds, and restoration

Apple or Google, rather than AiBiBi, processes store payments. Refund eligibility and payment disputes are governed by the applicable platform’s rules and applicable law. Request a refund through the platform that processed the transaction. Where the platform and product support it, you may restore an eligible purchase using the same platform identity used to buy it. You are responsible for keeping access to that platform identity and for reviewing the purchase screen before confirming payment.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how AiBiBi handles personal information, including session transmission, technical connection information, feedback, analytics, and purchase entitlements. Please read it before using the Service.

7. Intellectual property

AiBiBi, including its software, design, text, graphics, branding, and service technology, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms and applicable platform license terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AiBiBi on supported devices for its intended purpose.

You retain rights in content you share. You authorize the limited processing and transmission of that content as necessary to provide the session you request. Feedback or suggestions about AiBiBi may be used to improve the Service without an obligation to compensate you, while personal information in feedback remains governed by the Privacy Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using AiBiBi at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address a violation of these Terms, security or legal concerns, harm to users or the Service, discontinuation, or nonpayment. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiBiBi is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible operation; successful connection; preservation of local information; or the accuracy, trustworthiness, or outcome of assistance from another user. You should maintain appropriate backups and independently verify important instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, business, goodwill, or opportunity arising from AiBiBi. To the extent liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for AiBiBi during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, which may include liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer protections.

11. Indemnity

Where lawful, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful or unauthorized use of AiBiBi, your content, or your material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by us, and it does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

12. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update AiBiBi and these Terms to reflect feature, legal, security, or operational changes. We will post the updated Terms and revise the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required by law. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription before its next renewal.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law, including any mandatory consumer law that applies where you live. Disputes may be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction. Nothing here deprives you of a mandatory right to bring a claim in your local courts or use an available consumer-protection process.
